I spent three months in Nepal. I brought a few precious packages of Vite Ramen with me to use as a reward or pick-me-up. Important Notes

1. The aroma oil packet is there to enhance the FLAVOR EXPERIENCE. It is a negligible part of the fat content. If you are trying to cut fat in your diet, then take it out from somewhere else in your life. Do not screw up your ramen eating experience by ditching the aroma oil packet.

2. Expect your order to take at least TWO WEEKS to arrive. They are a small business at the mercy of a bottle-necked logistics pipeline. Be patient and give grace. They are doing their best and I promise the wait will be worth it.

Best Prep Method:

This is the quickest, easiest way to cook Vite Ramen, in my opinion:

I have an electric kettle that you can get on Amazon or Wal-mart for about $20. I'm telling all of you now, GET ONE. This is a life hack and I use this EVERY DAY. Get one for the office if you guys don't have it already.

I'm a huge tea drinker, but I also use it for boiling water for cooking, such as for pasta. An electric kettle boils water QUICKLY (1-5 mins depending on how full it is). It saves so much time, and because of this, you're going to cook/ boil water more often ;)

I fill the kettle up to 0.5L (there's a line of demarcation). This equals 2 cups of water. The current instructions say 2.5 cups, but I think the water to seasoning ratio makes a tastier broth if you do it my way.

While it's boiling, I open the Vite Ramen sleeve (don't throw yet!), break the noodles and put them in the bowl with the seasoning.

When the water is done boiling (2 mins), I pour it into the bowl with seasoning packet.

**I then use the Vite Ramen sleeve and place it over the bowl to keep the heat in!!***

Let it sit for 5 mins. Watch a Youtube video or check your Facebook. Just chill while it does its thang…

Then put the aroma oil packet on top to finish off.

And that's it!
